The World
Fool’s Gold takes place in a world called Ambria, an expansive world created by Felix Irnich to torment his players. Ambria has many new cultures, new gods & overgods (you read that right!), and even new types of magic! It is a world filled with mysteries begging to be explored, deep lore to entice the curious mind, and ferocious monsters with an appetite for careless adventurers.
The untamed jungle known as the Bellowing Wilds is part of that world. It is located in the southeast of Ambria, nestled between two oceans known as the Haisea and the Kaisea. Compared to other regions, it is newly charted territory and a delightfully dangerous one at that. With few firm settlements built in the jungle, new adventurers like yourselves are rushing in to research ancient ruins and claim the treasures that lie in store. A true adventure in a new world awaits, and you get to be a part of shaping Ambria’s future!
